Just a few new things....

So another week has come and gone, we had Travis's birthday on Wednesday plus a very cold baseball game of Tanner's to attend. The birthday was good, Gracie made the cake and did a VERY good job and Tanner played his little heart out! It sure seems like everything fly's by so quick! I have made a decision to stop working in the Sunday school. I just don't have the time ( or energy ) to do it and it's just one more thing...I have to learn to only bite off a little at a time. 2 hours of church for the kids every Sunday is just too much especially since Trevis's nap is right in the middle of the time when we are there. I just want that time at home with my kids in the morning, but church we shall attend still :-) Friday was crazy hair day at school for Tanner, he really did have some crazy hair and you should have seen us trying to get it out! All I can say is poor kid got his head scrubbed ALOT! This Sunday we were at the trac and Tanner raced his quad and bike and Gracie chose to sit this one out ( I am secretly smiling on the inside about this ) One less child to worry about. Travis raced and did very well, the kids and I were very impressed! When we got home it was still so beautiful outside that the kids got on the tramp and Travis sprayed them with the hose, they had so much fun! Those are the moments that almost bring me to tears, there was just so much joy! Meanwhile Trevis was in a coma sleep from no nap at the Trac, he is a little tough guy. For being so tired he behaved so well, he is just the perfect addition to my perfect family!

The most wonderful thing...my kids having fun!

Tanner's crazy crazy hair!

My husband getting some air!

The "crash"! A kid ran into Tanner but Daddy was right there to pick him up!

What a funny face!

Happy birthday Travis, you are the most wonderful man I have ever met!
